Scheduling

  • How does scheduling work?

Once we agree upon terms, your roofing project will be submitted to our Production Department for scheduling. Our Production Department will contact you within 7-10 days to schedule your work. Weather is always a part of our plans and may cause delays in scheduling.

  • How long does it take to complete the work?

Depends on the project. Anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks. Your estimator should give you more of an approximate time frame.

  • What if I am out of town during the roofing work?

No problem, we do a lot of work while customers are out of town. We take photos during and after the project.

  • What about the weather?

We check the weather forecast daily and make arrangements accordingly. Our job is to keep you dry throughout the project. Monsoon season is the trickiest part of the year and causes delays.

Work Process

  • What should I do to prepare?

We will typically need access to the roof, so your gates should be unlocked. Also, vehicles should be moved out of the driveway and garage in advance to prevent any possible damage to them. Anything of value to you that you keep outside should be put away and protected to prevent any possible damage, too.

If you're thinking, "I'd like to prepare for the roofing contractors near me as my project date approaches," you've come to the right place. We're here to help you every step of the way.

  • What can I expect to happen during the roofing project?

Roofing is a construction project. You can expect anywhere from two to 10 roofers on your roof at any given time (depending on the project). There will be typical construction noise, and trucks and trailers will be coming and going from your property.

Have you discovered this question stuck in your mind: "When I hire the roofing contractors near me to complete a roofing project, what will be involved?" We have the answers. Reach out to our team at The Roof Medics, LLC for more information.

  • What about safety?

Safety is our #1 priority for our employees and our customers. Please keep your children away from the work areas –especially from around the edges of the roof. Please put your pets in a secure place. We take every precaution to ensure everyone’s safety.

  • How do I maintain my roof?

All roofs need a little maintenance. Debris (tree branches, leaves, etc.) and bird excrement are the two biggest issues with roofs that need to be removed periodically. Depending on the roof structure, our team has found that the roof will need regular maintenance once every six months to two years.

According to Architectural Digest, most asphalt shingle roofs last 15 to 30 years, depending on the climate and shingle quality. The latter end of this range can be achieved if you have your roof routinely maintained and inspected.

Have you been wondering, "Can the roofing contractors near me help maintain my roof throughout the year?" We'd be happy to give you more information. Contact us today.
